Font of choice,I am using Precious here.



-This tutorial was written assuming you have working knowledge of PSP-



Open frame 1/resize 20%(make sure all layers is unchecked)/image/flip/layers/new raster layer/right click on new layer/arrange/send to bottom/flood fill white.


Highlight and click inside frame with your magicwand/selections/modify/expand by 3.


Paste paper 4 below frame/selections/invert/delete/do not deselect.


Paste dangles 2/resize 20%/position/delete/do not deselect.


Paste tube/position/delete/deselect/dropshadow for tube and dangles:

Vertical 5
Horizonal 5
Opacity 62
Blur 7


Hide white background layer/layers/merge/merge visible/same dropshadow.


Paste flower 4 below merged layers/position to the left using your pick tool/layers/duplicate/image/mirror/right click on copy layer/merge/merge down to orginal flower layer/layers/duplicate/image/free rotate tot he left 90*/erase any green stem showing/dropshadow:

Vertical 3
Horizonal 3
Opacity 45
Blur 3


Paste coach 2/resize 50%/position/dropshadow:

Vertical 4
Horizonal 4
opacity 50
Blur 3


Repeat with crown 2.


Repeat with butterfly 1.


Paste feather 2/position/same dropshadow.


Paste candle 2/resize 40%/position/same dropshadow.


Paste fan 1/resize 40%/edit/repeat resize/position/same dropshadow.


Paste flower 2/resize 50%/edit/repeat resize/layers/duplicate 3 times/position/dropshadow:

Vertical 5
Horizonal 5
Opacity 40
Blur 3


Add copyrights.


Add name.


Layers/merge/merge visible.


Resize all layers 15%.


Save.
