~This tutorial was written assuming you have working knowledge of PSP~

Dropshadow for tut:
Vertical 4
Horizonal 4
Opacity 39
Blur 4

Open mask,minimize.

Open frame 4/hit shiftD to duplicate/image/free rotate to the right 90 degrees/dropshadow/layers/new raster layer/right click on new layer/arrange/move down.

Highlight and click inside frame with your magicwand/selections/modify/expand by 5.

Paste image below frame layer/selections/invert/delete/deselect/selections/select all/float/defloat/layers/duplicate 2 times/rename each layer s1,s2 and s3.

Effects/VanDerLee/basic snow/amount 50/size 18/rest stays same/ok/repeat on 2nd layer/random seed 2/and on last layer/random seed 4/selections/select none.

Highlight bottom raster layer/paste paper 2/right click on layer/new mask layer/from image/select mask/ok/layers/merge/merge group/image/mirror.

Moving up top/paste/position/dropshadow following:

Snowflake chain/resize 50%

Stick pin 1/resize 28%

Bells/resize 30%/edit/repeat resize

Bow/resize 55%/edit/repeat resize/layers/duplicate 1 time

Penguin/resize 72%

Trio snowmen/resize 15%

Image/resize all layers 27%

Add copyrights.

Add name.

　
Highlight s1 layer/hide 2&3/edit/copy merged.

Take to AS and paste as a new animation.

Back to psp,hide s1,unhide and highlight s2/edit/copy merged/paste in AS after current frame/repeat with s3 layer.

Save as gif.
