~This tutorial was written assuming you have working knowledge of PSP~

Dropshadow of choice.

Open a new 700x700 canvas.

Paste element 03(chain frame)as a new layer/resize 30%/click inside frame with your magicwand/selections/modify/expand by 4.

Paste paper 8 below the frame layer/resize 20%/selections/invert/delete/deselect/image/resize all layers 20%/right click on frame/merge/merge down to paper/dropshadow.

Paste element 40 below merged layer/position/selections/select all/float/defloat/paste paper 11 into selection/deselect.

Paste element 56/resize 23%/dropshadow.

Paste element 48/layers/duplicate 1 time/position/dropshadow.

Moving up top/paste/position/dropshadow following:

Tube/we will work below tube layer

Element 1/resize 50%

Element 12/resize 55%/edit/repeat resize

Element 5/resize 47%/layers/duplicate 1 time

Element 57/resize 45%

Element 44/resize 60%/edit/repeat resize

Element 4/resize 45%

Repeat with element 60

　
Add copyrights.

Add name.

Layers/merge/merge visible.

Image/resize all layers 11%.

Save.
