~This tutorial was written assuming you have working knowledge of PSP~

Dropshadow of choice.

Open a new 600x700 canvas.

Paste ele 64(frame)as a new layer/resize 35%/click inside frame with your magicwand/selections/modify/expand by 5.

Paste paper 2 below frame layer/position/selections/invert/delete/do not deselect.

Paste tube/position/delete/deselect.

Right click on frame layer/merge/merge down to paper layer/resize 15%/position/dropshadow.

Paste ele 19 below merged layers/layers/duplicate 1 time/position/dropshadow.

Repeat with ele 24

Paste ele 27/layers/duplicate/position/dropshadow.

Moving up top/paste/position/dropshadow following:

Ele 23

Ele 7/resize 67%

Ele 3/resize 63%

Repeat with ele 34

Paste ele 62/selections/select all/float/defloat/paste paper 2 into selection(edit)/do not deselect.

Paste ele 12/delete(do not select invert)/deselect/apply dropshadow to ele 62/right click on wings/merge/merge down to wordart/resize 50%/poisition/dropshadow.

Ele 59/resize 70%

　
Add copyrights.

Add name.

Layers/merge/merge visible.

Image/resize all layers 30%.

Save.
