Paste ele 39 as a new layer/resize 20%/click inside frame with your magicwand/selections/modify/expand by 10.
Paste paper 11 below frame layer/selections/invert/delete/do not deselect.
Paste ele 35/resize 30%/delete/deselect/dropshadow.
Paste/position/dropshadow following:
Ele 41/resize 25%/layers/duplicate 1 time
Ele 40/resize 50%
Ele 14/resize 70%/image/free rotate to the left 30 degrees
Ele 38/resize 60%
Ele 28/resize 65%
Ele 8/resize 45%
Ele 13/resize 75%
Ele 45/resize 80%
Tube/resize 45%
Add copyrights.
Add name.
Layers/merge/merge visible.
Image/resize all layers 20%.
